Breeze Dong is a bridge-builder between two worlds that rarely meet: the high-velocity, metric-driven boardroom and the quiet, spacious realm of the human spirit. With roots in engineering, sustainability, and psychology, she brings an integrative lens to organizational design and development — exploring the question every leader is asking in the age of AI: not how to adopt the technology, but what an organization must become so that AI's potential is actually realized.

For over two decades she has walked the halls of Fortune 100 companies as a people leader, Enterprise Coach, and leadership-development partner.
